3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- We are required by law to declare the full value of goods on customs forms and cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue items.
- If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid duties, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
